# Fair Usage Policy

We discourage spamming and advise putting a time interval in the number of messages you send at a given time. You can set how often messages are sent when sending bulk messages.

For the safety of your account, we advise you to put a reasonable time interval between messages and use Spintax as much as possible for dynamic content.
